Product Line for Museums
First and foremost, IllusionWorks has been developing a comprehensive line of interactive software and physical exhibits on illusions, perception, and cognitive science for science, technology, and educational museums.
Interactive exhibits will allow the user to interact with each illusion thereby testing the underlying constraints of their visual system. One of the staple exhibits in this line is the award-winning interactive software program "Your Mind's Eye," which consists of innumerable interactive demonstrations, scientific explanations, artwork, puzzles, drawing lessons, etc.
Other physical exhibits consist of objects that produce surprise and joy, when their true nature is revealed.
Many exhibits relate to the interconnection between art and science, especially how artists have traditionally used illusions that we will accept in order to suggest a realistic three-dimensional scene.
In this regard, IllusionWorks has formed a strategic partnership with Sparks Exhibit Firm and Piper Productions. Sparks Exhibit firm is a nationally recognized design firm that specializes in the design and fabrication of museum exhibits, trade show displays, and theme park environments.
Trade Show Exhibits and Point of Purchase Displays
IllusionWorks develops unique exhibits incorporating illusions for trade show exhibits and point of purchase displays. Illusion designs, because of their eye catching appeal, can provide excellent design concepts.
IllusionWorks has proprietary technology to display a three-dimensional object into the middle of a room with a large viewing angle, which is wonderful for the display of retail goods.
IllusionWorks is actively developing products for the broad consumer market utilizing images and concepts in its archive, or through independently contracted artists, magicians, inventors, and researchers. If you have an illusion product that you think is marketable, we would be glad to hear from you. Please write to us at the address below.
Licensing of Images
IllusionWorks represents over forty illusions artists and is actively engaged in licensing their images. The IllusionWorks archive consists of high resolution digital images of most of these images. IllusionWorks can also create unique designs to suit customized wishes.
